Gmail is set to release long-awaited updates to its Android app, including pinch-to-zoom and swipe-to-delete.
Website Android Police unveiled an unreleased version of the app on its blog.
A video shows the client running Android 4.1., indicating that it
doesn’t only work with the latest, upcoming OS (Android 4.2).
The pinch-to-zoom feature lets users zoom in on (and out of) their
emails, simply by pinching the screen. With the swipe-to-delete option,
users can choose to delete or archive their emails with a swipe gesture,
the blog says.
On a less exciting note, users can now also report a message as phishing. Check out the video above for more.
